Meet Dr. Amy Herskovits Avshalumov D.D.S.
Dr. Amy Herskovits received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2015. After graduation, she completed a general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Methodist Hospital of Brooklyn before beginning her career in private practice.
She continues to educate herself on the latest materials and techniques so that she can provide the best care for her patients.
Dr. Amy, as she is known around the office, takes pride in helping her patients, no matter their age, overcome their fear of the dentist. Dr. Amy has experience treating children and makes the visit to the dentist fun.
Her number one goal is to make her patients feel comfortable in the dental setting.
Dr. Amy devotes each appointment to listening to her patients’ needs and delivering the care they deserve. She takes the time to educate her patients as she knows that understanding is the key to patient compliance.
