During your initial appointment, our team will review your medical and dental history, discuss any concerns you may have, perform a comprehensive examination, and review personalized treatment recommendations based on your needs and goals.

To help us prepare for your visit, please bring:

• Your dental insurance card(s)

• A list of current medications

• Any recent dental records, if available

Please inform our team prior to your appointment if you have any medical conditions that may affect your dental care, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, or if you are taking medications such as blood thinners, aspirin, or heart medications.

Important: Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
